📅 Terms & Conditions
✅ Cancellations made on or before 25th November 2025
Refund: 75% of the total retreat fee
Note: 25% is retained for pre-booked venue, meals, and administrative costs.
Option: You may transfer your booking to any future Yoga Kiran retreat within the next 12 months (one-time transfer, subject to availability).
✅ Cancellations made between 25th November – 20th December 2025
Refund: 50% of the total retreat fee
Reason: By this time, most logistics (stay, meals, local staff, materials) are already confirmed.
Option: You may transfer your registration to another person, provided they complete our application and approval process.
We must receive their details at least 5 days before the retreat start date.
❌ Cancellations made on or after 21st December 2025
Refund: No refund will be issued.
Reason: All retreat-related costs are fully committed at this stage.
Option: You may transfer your spot to another person, subject to application approval.
🔁 Substitution Option
If you cannot attend, you may propose a substitute participant, provided that:
- They meet all physical, emotional, and medical requirements
- They complete the application & approval process
- Their details are submitted no later than 7 days before the retreat
- Yoga Kiran reserves the right to accept or decline substitutes to ensure group harmony and retreat suitability.
❌ No Partial Refunds
Partial refunds will not be issued for:
- Late arrivals
- Early departures
- Missed sessions or activities
- Please note:
The initial registration amount is always non-refundable unless the retreat is cancelled by Yoga Kiran.

If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 14 business days.
⚠️ Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)
In the rare event that the retreat is cancelled or postponed by us due to:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics
- Political unrest
- Government restrictions
- Any event beyond our control
- Your registration will be transferred to the rescheduled dates.
Refunds will not be issued, but 100% credit will be applied to a future retreat.
