 I have been practicing with Nidhi for last 5 months. Absolutely professional and very effective & efficient in communicating instructions, right from warm up to complex asanas. Dedicated follow up on Alignment and corrections on day to day basis and could never believe one can so effectively deliver the results though  the classes were online. Every day was a different experience for the last 5 months since she plans her classes meticulously with Yin yoga/restorative yoga/Hatha yoga /Ashtanga yoga focusing on Shoulders/Spine /pelvis/Neck& extremities.. Her Yin yoga sessions are class apart as well as restorative yoga. Ending the week with yoga Nidra helps to keep mental health along with asanas and Pranayama has been blessing in disguise for me especially in keeping Covid away though I get exposed to many Covid positive cases in professional life for 6 months. “I have more confidence & better balance!”

The journey has been admirable so far. Prior to this, I didn’t have any experience in Yoga. Since August 2020, when I started, I have gotten more confident with body balance and decision making in general. I have lost weight but gained muscle and flexibility. Some of my ailments like stiff neck problem, got minimized. My sleeping patterns, got tuned with sunrise and has gradually become a habit. In each week, we work out on different types of yoga and in different ways, e.g. Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga yoga, yin and yang and some workouts just to build the core strength or concentrated on alignment, so that the body gets break from auto-pilot mode and be aware of the process. Chanting in the beginning and Yoga Nidra at the end of each session gives me the time, to pacify the mind, and energize the body. I feel all the sessions are well balanced and thought-out.  Regularly I have observed that the sessions are quite simpler in the first week of each month for newcomers and towards the 4th week relatively challenging with lots of dynamism. Among all yogic breathing techniques Ujjayi breathing has become a part of my life. When ever I loose concentration I go back to this technique to regain my concentration. Lastly I would add on Nidhi’s commitment, which alone is a convincing and inspirational factor to continue the journey. She is an excellent instructor, gracious performer, and knowledgeable enough to nurture her students across different ages, encouraging them to experiment, with mindfulness. I feel grateful that I have come across Nidhi’s yoga sessions during adverse times. It served as an eye-opener, giving me time to quench my thirst and integrate yoga in my life.

“No period cramps, significant weight loss and mental peace!”

 I started practicing in September last year due to several health issues. And I must say, this is that one decision of my life that I will never regret. Earlier I used to suffer from cold cough throughout the year due to sinusitis but now and that too in winter season, I am inhaling through my nose. My period cramps are almost negligible. No medication required (Miracle). Helped me in attaining mental peace. Earlier I used to get stressed out easily but now even in most stressful situations I am chilled out. I guess yoga brings positivity to your life. Weight loss is there as well (a lot). The best part is the routine is not monotonous. It changes every day which makes it more interesting. Otherwise I would have left it long back. And last but not the least, I want to thank Nidhi for her precious teachings and patience.
