📅 Cancellations & Refund Schedule
✅ Cancellations made on or before 31th March 2026
* Refund: 75% of the total retreat fee
* Note: 25% is retained for pre-booked expenses and administrative costs
* Option: You may transfer your booking to a future retreat within the next 12 months (one-time transfer, subject to availability).
✅ Cancellations made between 1st April – 15th April 2026
* Refund: 50% of the total retreat fee
* Note: By this stage, most logistics (accommodation, food, permits, staff) are already secured, so only a partial refund is possible.
* Option: You may transfer your registration to another person, provided they complete our application and approval process. We must receive their details at least 5 days before the retreat.
✅ Cancellations made between 16th – 30th April 2026
* Refund: 25% of the total retreat fee
* Note: By this stage, All logistics (accommodation, food, permits, staff) are already secured, so only a partial refund is possible.
* • Option: You may transfer your registration to another person, provided they complete our application and approval process. We must receive their details at least 5 days before the retreat.
❌ Cancellations made on or after 30th April, 2026
* Refund: No refund will be issued.
* Reason: All retreat costs (stay, meals, logistics, local staff) are fully committed.
* Option: You may transfer your spot to another person, subject to application approval.
