Yoga Kiran Retreat Refund & Cancellation Policy

Retreat Dates: 21st 2026 –28th May 2026

At Yoga Kiran, we curate intimate, high-altitude retreats that require extensive planning, bookings, and non-refundable payments well in advance. In order to maintain the quality and integrity of our offerings, we have a clear and firm cancellation policy in place. By registering for the retreat, you agree to the following terms:

📅 Cancellations & Refund Schedule

✅ Cancellations made on or before 31 March 2026

  • Refund Amount: 75% of the total retreat fee
  • Note: 25% is retained to cover pre-booked expenses and administrative fees.
  • Option: You may also choose to transfer your booking to a future retreat within the next 12 months, subject to availability (one-time transfer only).

✅ Cancellations made between 1st April – 20th April 2026

  • Refund Amount: 50% of the total retreat fee
  • Note: At this stage, major costs (stay, food, logistics) are committed, and only a partial refund can be accommodated.
  • Option: You may choose to transfer your registration to another person. Please notify us with the new participant’s details at least 5 days before the retreat. They will have to go through our application process.

✅ Cancellations made between 20th April – 10th May 2026

  • Refund Amount: 25% of the total retreat fee
  • Note: At this stage, major costs (stay, food, logistics) are committed, and only a partial refund can be accommodated.
  • Option: You may choose to transfer your registration to another person. Please notify us with the new participant’s details at least 5 days before the retreat. They will have to go through our application process.

❌ Cancellations made on or after 11th May 2026

  • Refund Amount: No refund
  • Reason: All retreat costs are fully committed. This includes accommodations, permits, transport, and local support staff.
  • No exceptions will be made for medical, family, work, travel, visa, or personal emergencies.
  • Note: You may choose to transfer your registration to another person. They will have to go through our application process.
