📅 Cancellations & Refund Schedule
✅ Cancellations made on or before 20th September 2025
- Refund: 75% of the total retreat fee
- Note: 25% is retained for pre-booked expenses and administrative costs
- Option: You may transfer your booking to a future retreat within the next 12 months (one-time transfer, subject to availability).
✅ Cancellations made between 21st September – 15th October 2025
- Refund: 50% of the total retreat fee
- Note: By this stage, most logistics (accommodation, food, permits, staff) are already secured, so only a partial refund is possible.
- Option: You may transfer your registration to another person, provided they complete our application and approval process. We must receive their details at least 5 days before the retreat.
❌ Cancellations made on or after 16th October 2025
- Refund: No refund will be issued.
- Reason: All retreat costs (stay, meals, logistics, local staff) are fully committed.
- Option: You may transfer your spot to another person, subject to application approval.
🔁 Substitution Option
If you cannot attend, you may propose a substitute participant, provided:
- They meet all physical, emotional, and medical requirements.
- They complete the application and approval process.
- The substitution is finalized at least 7 days before the retreat.
We reserve the right to accept or decline substitutes to preserve group balance and retreat suitability.
❌ No Partial Refunds
No partial refunds will be issued for:
- Late arrivals
- Early departures
- Missed sessions or activities
The initial registration amount is always non-refundable unless the retreat is cancelled by Yoga Kiran.
📩 Cancellation Procedure
To cancel, email us at info@yogakiran.org with the subject line:
“Retreat Cancellation – [Your Full Name]”
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
⚠️ Force Majeure
In the rare case the retreat is cancelled or postponed by us due to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government restrictions:
- Your registration will be transferred to the rescheduled retreat dates.
- Refunds will not be issued, but full credit will be applied to a future retreat.
